Ingredients

Graham Cracker Base

  • 7.5 oz graham crackers (≈ 16 crackers)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Brownie Layer

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 5.3 oz dark chocolate, chopped (regular, non-infused)
  • 1.7 oz COAST Infused Premium Dark Chocolate (100mg THC)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Marshmallow Layer

  • 1 jar (7.5 oz) marshmallow fluff

Dosage math: 100mg THC ÷ 16 squares ≈ 6.25mg per square. For smaller servings, cut into 25 pieces (~4mg each).

Steps

  1. Prep the Pan. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9-inch square pan with parchment, leaving overhang.
  2. Make the Graham Cracker Crust. Crush crackers, mix with sugar and butter, press into pan. Bake ~10 min.
  3. Make the Brownie Batter. Melt butter, regular chocolate, and COAST infused chocolate until smooth. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla until pale, then fold in chocolate, flour, cocoa, and salt.
  4. Bake the Brownies. Spread batter over crust. Bake 20–25 min, cool completely, lift out via parchment.
  5. Add the Marshmallow Layer. Spread fluff evenly; swirl top. Chill briefly if desired.
  6. Toast the Marshmallow. Torch or broil until golden.
  7. Slice & Serve. Cut into 16 squares, wipe knife between cuts.

Baker’s Notes

  • Melting the regular and infused chocolates together ensures an even dose throughout.
  • For extra gooey brownies, pull from the oven on the early end of the range.
  • Chill before slicing for the cleanest layers.
