COAST Cannabis Co. Father’s Day Golf Giveaway

Official Rules & Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The COAST Cannabis Co. Father’s Day Golf Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by COAST Cannabis Co. (“Sponsor”), located in Massachusetts.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on June 11, 2026, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on June 21, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter by completing and submitting the official online entry form located at the designated Giveaway landing page during the Giveaway Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries submitted by the same individual may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No purchase, payment, or cannabis product purchase is required to enter.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

• One (1) Blue Tees Rangefinder
• One (1) Dozen COAST-Branded Titleist Golf Balls
• One (1) COAST Travel Bag

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $400.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

The drawing will be conducted on or about June 23, 2026.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. Sponsor may also attempt contact by phone if a phone number is provided.

If the potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted within five (5) business days;
• Fails to respond;
• Is found to be ineligible; or
• Fails to comply with these Official Rules,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Verification

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require proof of age, identity, and residency before awarding the prize.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, and statements for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

9. Marketing Communications

By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails, newsletters, and marketing communications from COAST Cannabis Co.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time through the unsubscribe link included in emails.

Opting out of marketing communications after entry will not affect an entrant’s eligibility in the Giveaway.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries;
• Technical failures of any kind;
• Unauthorized human intervention;
• Errors in administration of the Giveaway; or
• Any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used for the administration of this Giveaway and for marketing communications as described herein.

13. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a written request within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Giveaway to:
